〔白話〕為人子之道,沒有比愛惜自己的身體
                保持良好的品行,從而讓父母因子女賢德
                而得到榮耀更重要的了  。




In our role as sons and daughters, nothing is more
important than taking good care of our physical
well-being and maintaining a moral conduct that will
glorify our parents.
